Who We Are

Space Hound is a production company that creates animations, films and motion graphics. After successfully working on projects for 15 years Mandy and Ian decided it was high time they launched their own company - and Space Hound took flight.

Sadly we lost Creative Director and Writer Ian Langton in 2023.

Mandy now runs Space Hound as Director.

Individually Mandy and Ian's credits included productions for: SKYOne, FIVE, Discovery Kids, Channel4 International, Sky Movies and Cartoonito, whilst also producing content for a charitable organisations including, Macmillan, Oxfam, Cancer Research UK, Scope, The Children’s Society and Barnardo’s. 

Mandy and Ian created film installations used in The Globe Theatre and the Barbican and also been shortlisted for three Mofilm campaigns for Purina, ‘Fin The Sea Dog’, Friskies, ‘Dog Chow To the Rescue’, and Diners Club International for ‘The Spitfire Club’.

Space Hound is passionate about making film and as COVID disrupted production, we have adapted to creating animated content alongside our live action programmes. 

Space Hound makes films, animations, motion graphics and title sequences for the big screen, for streaming online or posting on social media. 

We work with our clients on everything from concept to delivery. In the development stage there’s plenty of space to throw ideas around and see what flies for your budget and needs!
